Working process of pellet mill for sale

1. It mainly consists 4 parts: the feeder, the conditioner, the ring die pelletizing parts and the motors.

2. First, the raw materials will be fed into the feeder at a proper speed which to make sure the full load working of the pelletizing machine.

3. Second, the raw materials will get into the conditioner from feeder, there are screws in the conditioner, the screws will mix the raw materials and take them to the ring die. And also the conditioner can connect with steam boiler to offer steam to the raw materials. The steam will soften the raw materials, kill bacterias, improve the machine's capacity, make protein denaturation and length the life of the machine. What's more, after mixing with the hot temperature steam, the pellets will be digest easily by animals.

4. Finally the materials will get into the ring die for pelletizing process until the final pellets get out from the pelletizer machine for animal feeds .
